At home for first day of spring break. Just looking over all the sessions that I attended at SCASL this year. The one thing that I discovered and enjoy the most is Twitter. Not sure about how helpful it will be at school yet and want to learn more about using Twitter in the classroom. I am getting to learn more about others in the media field and find it very helpful with networking and staying on top of things.

After attending Cathy Nelson’s session, I am ready to investigate using Skype with some of my book club meetings. I will be searching for other media specialist that are interesting in reading the same book and gathering our students together in front of the webcam for out book club meeting.
